Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Master Room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Neighbourhood/building: It doesn’t get more central than this. Our Residence is located minutes from Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, and McPherson Square. With so much happening in the Nation’s Capital, you’re at the heart of it all. The rooftop social deck not only offers tremendous 360 degree views of the city, but also ample lounge seating, 2 professional-grade gas grills and a firepit table to transform it into the ultimate social area.
